We do ship international. However, due to frauds, we reserve the rights to take orders from certain countries. Please note different countries may have different rules or regulations on duty tax or restricted products. Customers should investigate before making orders. Ekool is not responsible for the delay or other problems caused by government actions.

Most of orders are processed within 24 hours and no later than 48 hours. Once the product is shipped out, we send you an email confirmation. All our products are shipped in a plain box or envelope. The shipping address is from our warehouses. Even the delivery man would not know the contents. Attention: Due to manufacturers' constant effort to improve, actual product packages may be slightly different than the ones shown in the picture. The product itself will be exactly as what you see, if no better.
The item you ordered will not show up in your credit card statement. The only thing shows up is our parent company name Ekool Trading.
If in the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, we will contact you by phone only if you indicate so in your order information. Otherwise we will contact you through email with the address you provide.
Once your order is received it is authorized against your credit card mmediately. Upon confirmation of order we either process the order in our warehouse or it gets send to our distributor overnight. Once it reaches our distributor and the order is entered into their automated system it is not possible to modify or cancel. However, we will try our best to accommodate any change or cancel request but we can't not guarantee it. When an order is in "In Progress" status it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Because of the intimate nature, all sales are final. In the unlikely event of defective product, please call 1-866-734-9647 or write to support@mojogarden.com for a Returned Merchandise Account (RMA) number within 15 days of receiving your order. You will not receive your refund without a RMA number. Once we receive the product in its original package, we will exchange it free of shipping charge or refund you 100%. In the event of an undeliverable shipment due to customers error or refused at the destination a shipping and handling charge will be deducted from the credit and up to a 20% restocking fee.
