Because of the intimate nature, all sales are final. Due to sanitary reasons non-mechanical and non-electrical products can not be returned once it is opened and used. In the unlikely
event of a defective product, please call 1-866-734-9647 or write to support@mojogarden.com
for a Returned Merchandise Account (RMA) number within 3 days of
receiving your order. You will not receive your an exchange
without a RMA number. Once we receive the product in its original
package, we will exchange it free of shipping charge or refund minus
the shipping fee. In the event of an undeliverable shipment due to
customers error or refused at the destination a shipping and handling
charge will be deducted from the credit and up to a 20% restocking fee.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 business days from the date of RMA issuance. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 business days from the date of delivery acceptance. The original shipping charges are not refundable. If you
have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase,
no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
Once an RMA is issued the return package must be shipped back to our warehouse within 15 business days. Once the 15 business days is past we will accept the return order at our discretion.
