We do ship international. However, due to frauds, we reserve the rights to take orders from certain countries. Please note different countries may have different rules or regulations on duty tax or restricted products. Customers should investigate before making orders. Our delivery time starts after the order is processed. Because of over 10,000 items we carry, occasionally some items can be out of stock. We will let the customer know the status of their order immediately.
ATTENTION CUSTOMERS:
Before we can process your orders, please make sure your shipping address is on file with your credit card company. If your order is shipped to a different address than your billing address, we have to ask you to add this shipping address to your credit card. The reason is to protect you and us from online credit card fraud.
This process only takes a minute to complete. Look up the customer service number located in the back of your credit card; tell the representative to add your shipping address to the alternate address for your credit card file. Depending on the type of card you are using, it can take from 4 to 12 hours for this change to be effective.
Once we verify your shipping address is on file, we will process your order immediately.
Common Questions: Why we do not offer free shipping?
In most cases we do not give customer free shipping because of our low price for all the products. It is probably wise for you to do a price comparison before you order on the basis of free shipping alone.
